Geometric Pattern reproduced from the Veranda of the Palace of the Alhambra in Grenada Spain. The Moors were the best engineers and mathematicians during the Middle Ages (800AD thru 1485AD). They constructed magnificient palaces for their kings and sultans including the greatest of all - The Palace of the Alhambra built c1350. What makes their geometric patterns so special is their uniqueness and hard to copy in a specified repeating pattern. Quoizel's Veranda shade solves the repeating pattern using 252 individual pieces of art glass both copper foiled and hand leaded.
